🌟 Make it plant based with a delicious Lions Mane

Then we move into the world 🌍 famous Mole Poblano.
🌟Make it Vegan with a Lions mane Mushroom 🍄 cutlet!

Known for its spicy 🌶️ kick Mole Poblano is a dish rich in culture and history 🗺️ . Legend has it that a nun 💒 in Santa Rosa, Puebla created this dish on accident while preparing for an important Clergyman. The nun is said to have mixed a bunch of chiles and then added chocolate 🍫 to the mix thus creating and serving the dish to the visitor.

This story holds so many mirrors of Mexican society . The importance of religion ⛪️ (specifically Catholic) in everyday life. The importance of native ingredients in our kitchens keeping our culture burning hot on stove tops 🔥 .

Today we celebrate el Cinco de Mayo (or the Victory of the Batalla de Puebla), a battle that symbolizes the resistance and bravery of the Mexican army against the French invasion.
